Last month, we launched a new menu in our cafe featuring an exciting, delicious new signature: the Chicken Tikka Naan’wich. We marinate chicken breasts in whole milk yogurt & Indian spices – the yogurt tenderizes the chicken so delicately and the spices add such depth of flavor. The chicken is grilled and added to warmed naan, then topped with\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our Desi Slaw, Cilantro Chutney & Garlic Yogurt Sauce are all our take on what nearly all Indian households make in their home. The other items on our menu are a spinoff of this Naan’wich – we roast cauliflower in the same Indian spices for a vegetarian option, and replace the naan for mixed greens in a salad version of either with a cilantro lime dressing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
