Nice light coffee, no bitterness (when using a French press). Makes an excellent batch every time. It is strong enough that you should back off about 10% of what you consider “normal” amount to get it where it needs to be. It’s one of those coffees that can do more with less grounds

This is my most favorite coffee. I’ve tried all the other medium roasts and this is, by far, the best one at Eurasia (and in Springfield). It makes an amazing Chemex pour over. When you get it right, it’s heaven in a mug.
